Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Executive – GTM (Go-To-Market) to support our growth journey. This is a cross-functional role spanning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting – Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Cold Email Campaigns – Run targeted cold email outreach for lead generation.
- Newsletters – Draft, schedule, and distribute newsletters to our subscriber base.
- Webinars – Plan, coordinate, and manage webinars including promotions and attendee engagement.
- Website Management – Update website content and manage CMS as needed.
- Website Lead Management – Track and follow up on inbound leads from the website.
- Social Media Management – Manage company social media handles, create content, and drive engagement.
- Customer Support – Provide first-level responses to inbound queries and coordinate with the internal team for resolution.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation basics.
- Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaign software, CRM, and CMS (basic knowledge is sufficient; training will be provided).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Team player with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
